"Now what?" youth mentorship

Sometimes transitions are quiet and hard, but you don't have to figure out what's next on your own.

"Now What?" is a mentorship experience for young people navigating a real transition, whatever that looks like for you. Finding your voice before the big decisions hit, senior year decisions, life after graduation, or building an independent adult life. You get real support, honest conversation, and someone in your corner who will help you slow down long enough to make decisions you feel good about.

Think of it as having a big sis in your corner. Someone to:

• Help you think through big decisions
• Talk honestly about pressure and expectations
• Slow you down before you rush into something
• Build your confidence before you step into something new

One-on-one with Ciara for an entire year. Optional small group gatherings for networking, connection, and accountability along the way.

Which track fits you?

🌱 Foundations Track (ages 14–16): Leadership starts when you decide to show up as yourself. This track is where you build the confidence, self-awareness, and voice that everything else gets built on.

🎓 Senior Year Track (ages 16–18): You're heading into your senior year, and everyone keeps asking what's next. Let's actually figure it out together, before the pressure makes the decision for you.

🧭 Post-Grad Track (ages 18–20): You already made the leap — new school, new job, new city, or a gap year. This is your first year figuring out what's next, with someone in your corner the whole way.

🏡 Independent Life Track (ages 19–25): No school pipeline required. If you're building your own adult life — a job, a place to live, your own routine — this one's for you.

Not sure which one fits? That's okay, say so on the application, and we'll figure it out together.

Foundations and Senior Year tracks begin August 2026. Post-Grad and Independent Life tracks accept applications on a rolling basis.
